U.S. Return, Refund, and Exchange Policies
Pole Dance Zoo gladly accepts returns or exchanges of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, or defective merchandise purchased online that shipped to a U.S. address for a store credit (Pole Dance Zoo E- Gift Card) within 30 days from the date your order shipped. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. To initiate a return or exchange please email our team at: thepolezoo@gmail.com
Items damaged or defective may be returned by contacting the Pole Dance Zoo team within 3 DAYS of delivery. To initiate the return of a damaged item please email our team at: thepolezoo@gmail.com
Orders cannot be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.

Shipping Policies
Pole Dance Zoo items are made-to order. Please allow 5-7 days for processing. Delivery times are our best approximation and are not guaranteed.
It is the buyer's responsibility to assure shipping address is correct. Pole Dance Zoo is not responsible for return packages due to undeliverable or incorrect addresses. If the shipping address is entered incorrectly, notify Pole Dance Zoo as soon as possible. We will do our best to update your order, however we do not make this guarantee
Please allow 1-4 business days for tracking information to appear. For issues with tracking, please contact the courier directly prior contacting us. In rare cases, tracking information may not update, but the order is still delivered. Please allow for the estimated delivery time to pass prior to contacting us.
International-specific Shipping Policies
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Pole Dance Zoo is not responsible for customs delays.
Defective Items
If you have received a defective item, please contact the Pole Dance Zoo team within 3 DAYS to inform us of the issue. After 3 days it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. Please include a photo of the damage/defect with your email.
Pole Dance Zoo is not responsible for damage due to improper care/handling or incorrect sizing. Actual merchandise colors vary. These situations do not qualify as defects.
Gift Cards
Pole Dance Zoo has E-gift cards! When purchasing an E-gift card, enter the recipient's email address and information and your gift will be sent to their inbox.
E-gift Cards are non-refundable and do not expire. Promotion codes cannot be applied toward the purchase of gift cards, sales tax, or shipping costs.
To use an E-gift card, start the checkout process and enter your gift card code into the button that says add a discount code or a gift card.
